Key Responsibilities:
- Perform as an individual contributor with a fair degree of accountability and minimal assistance.
- Execute unit testing to ensure the accuracy and quality of development work.
- Develop solutions based on the technical specifications provided.
- Adhere to coding standards and performance guidelines set by the customer or organization.
- Participate in assigned training programs and proactively focus on self-improvement and professional development.

Required Technical/Functional Competencies:
Projects Documentation:
- Possesses basic knowledge of project documentation, including BBP, Solution Design, Functional Specifications (FS), Test Scripts, and Timesheets.
- Capable of contributing to and building the required project documentation.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of management processes, tools, and requirement analysis methodologies.
- Able to identify functional and non-functional requirements and document system/software specifications for low to medium complexity scenarios.
Customer Management:
- Has basic knowledge of customers’ business domains and associated technology suites.
- Able to leverage the latest technologies and effectively manage customer escalations.
Test Management:
- Performs unit testing and comparison testing for rehosting, reports testing status, documents identified defects, and ensures defect resolution.
- Creates test cases, test scenarios, and test data; executes automation test scripts and manual test cases as per the test plan and records findings.
- Executes DIT (Development Integration Testing) test cases against the baseline code provided.
