Key Responsibilities:
- Manage information systems within the Human Resources (HR) function to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) for efficient collection, retrieval, accessibility, and utilization of employee information to support HR department planning and activities.
- Collaborate with Engineers to support integration development, web application analysis, and development, focusing on incident resolution and system enhancements.
- Report directly to the IT HR Senior Manager while working under the guidance of a mentor.
- Be available to work on-site; remote work is not permitted for this role.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and methodologies.
- Exhibit a proactive and forward-thinking mindset to address challenges effectively.
- Possess a creative problem-solving ability to develop innovative solutions.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with relational databases and a solid understanding of basic CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) SQL commands.
- Experience in developing web applications, showcasing technical proficiency.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or .NET is highly preferred.
