Key Responsibilities:
- Develop key metrics, MIS reports, and dashboards to ensure data-driven decision-making for business and product operations.
- Monitor critical metrics to evaluate program health across multiple key business areas.
- Analyze and derive actionable insights from large datasets to identify areas for improvement in business processes, such as lead-to-disbursement funnels and partner payment invoicing.
- Identify trends and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including Business, Product, and Risk teams, to drive improvements and implement cross-functional changes.
- Support enhancements in product functionality, risk and policy frameworks, and operational practices, including collections and partner payouts.
Eligibility Criteria:

Technical Skills:
- SQL, Python
- Advanced levels of excel
