Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Training Delivery Coordinator at Airbus India Training Center (AITC) and provide support for effective training delivery.
- Plan and organize Flight Training courses under the guidance of the Training Delivery Coordinator, ensuring accurate creation and distribution of course programs and schedules using appropriate tools and resources.
- Manage facility and instructor bookings efficiently in collaboration with the team.
- Coordinate with Central Operations to address customer requests and provide optimized solutions for resource allocation, including instructors and equipment.
- Schedule and optimize the allocation of resources, such as classrooms, instructors, and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and AITC commercial and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with the Training Standardization team to ensure proper planning for instructor qualifications and updates.
- Handle last-minute changes efficiently by liaising with stakeholders, including airlines and internal Airbus teams, to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Actively participate in internal quality audits and external regulatory or customer audits to maintain high standards of compliance.
- Coordinate with the Central Operations team for collecting, consolidating, and reporting training data.
- Work closely with Business Performance teams at AITC and AIS to analyze and report training data for continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of a graduate degree or equivalent qualification is required (preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience).
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Possess good business acumen to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Demonstrates a pleasant personality with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, fostering collaboration and inclusivity.
- Assertiveness in handling unforeseen events or disruptions that impact planning.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach when interacting with colleagues.
- Capable of taking initiatives and performing effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of Indian and international aviation regulations related to flight training is an added advantage.
- Must have a keen interest and enthusiasm for the field of aeronautics.
