Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement
- Engage with outbound leads provided by the marketing team to initiate contact and discussions.
- Conduct in-person visits to partners’ offices to explore and discuss potential collaborations.
- Independently source additional leads using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Justdial.
Partnership Development
- Analyze and understand the services offered by potential partners.
- Effectively pitch RazorpayX products to Chartered Accountants to establish strong partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales process for RazorpayX products, ensuring successful onboarding of the partners’ clients.
- Transition newly onboarded partners to the farming team with detailed documentation and clear descriptions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 to 6 months of sales experience.
- Prior experience in the payment industry is advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
- Hardworking individual with a strong work ethic.
