Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the overarching objectives of business needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements using methods such as workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, use cases, and scenarios.
- Document requirements in a standardized format, including use cases and flowcharts, for clear consumption by stakeholders and project teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize requirements for the successful completion of projects.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to best practices and high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned to support project objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, or any other related discipline with relevant experience.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 0–1 years of experience; freshers with a passion for taking on an Analyst role are encouraged to apply.
- Experience as an Analyst in software development projects.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in eliciting business requirements, and creating Epics, Themes, and User Stories, following a structured requirements flow (e.g., Business Requirements → User Requirements → User Stories).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively without direct authority.
- Collaborate with Business Process Owners (e.g., GSC Compensation and Benefits Team) to gather, review, and document requirements.
- Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise artifacts for both business users and development teams.
- Ability to produce scope documents and detailed requirements, obtaining sign-off from process owners.
- Prepare and perform functional tests to ensure acceptance criteria are met before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain up-to-date User Stories throughout the development lifecycle.
- Review Test Scenarios and Test Cases provided by the QA team as needed.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, mock-ups, flow diagrams, and prototypes as required.
- Background in Software Development or Engineering.
- Experience in testing functionalities delivered by development teams.
- Knowledge of process modeling.
- Ability to escalate and follow up on blockers, issues, or deviations in software development timelines.
- Contribute to troubleshooting, testing, and documenting software application functions at a high-quality level.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in Human Resources-related projects or products, with an understanding of Annual Review Processes, is an advantage.
- Support preparation of automation strategies (frameworks, priorities, and plans integrated with overall project timelines).
- Prepare test schedules based on project scope and delivery timelines, if required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Collaborate with Software Architects and technical teams for design, documentation, prototyping, and validation.
- Experience using MS Azure DevOps.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex functional/technical concepts using diagrams, flowcharts, etc.

- Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
- Adaptability to complex environments and quick learning of new concepts and software.
