Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications using Java.
- Contribute to effort estimation, participate in Agile ceremonies, and engage in design and code reviews.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies into existing frameworks and solutions where applicable.
- Participate in and take ownership of technical design discussions, offering and incorporating constructive feedback.
- Enhance code quality by addressing Non-Functional Requirements such as performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Debug and resolve product defects efficiently.
- Develop and implement unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, User Experience, Product Management, and Customer Support, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–2 years of experience in developing applications using Java.
- Proficient knowledge of the Java programming language.
- Basic understanding of SQL Server databases.
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
- Familiarity with Hibernate ORM.
