Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirement documents to ensure clear understanding of project needs.
- Contribute to the application design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Actively participate in Agile team meetings, including stand-up calls and retrospective sessions.
- Prepare technical documentation required for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
- Collaborate with various internal teams at State Street to ensure smooth project execution.
- Gain a strong understanding of cloud computing models such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and NaaS, along with AWS and Azure fundamentals.
- Apply DevOps concepts such as CI/CD, and work with tools like Jenkins, Git, GitHub, and Harness for continuous integration and deployment.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana for data presentation and creating dashboards.
- Leverage Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and work with ITIL processes, ticketing, and project management tools like ServiceNow and Jira/Confluence.
- Understand the basics of databases, middleware, storage, and operating systems like Windows and Unix.
- Work with automation tools and languages such as R, Python, Ansible (AAAS), RPA (Blue Prism), and Django to automate network configurations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA degree, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Hands-on experience with GUI development using Java, middleware, and database back-end to deliver end-to-end solutions is desirable.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices, including code reviews and unit testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL performance tuning techniques, including query plan management, SQL tracing, DB stats, and indexing, is highly preferred.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues in live production systems.
