Key Responsibilities:
- Design, coordinate, and execute multi-market prospecting campaigns through the sales channel, collaborating with market partners to identify relevant opportunities and ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate success, share key insights, and refine strategies for optimal results.
- Lead the continuous improvement of best practices and operational efficiencies in the offline prospecting channel across various markets, working collaboratively with internal and external partners to optimize processes.
- Support the Process Risk Self-Assessment (PRSA) to ensure the prospecting process across different markets complies with regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to build, foster, and maintain relationships with partners across international markets.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to apply quantitative methods and business acumen to drive results.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a matrix organization, collaborating with business partners, functional owners, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Strong programming skills preferred, with experience in Big Data programming considered an advantage.
