Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collections for past due invoices and invalid deductions across allocated portfolios through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly to email and phone queries related to disputed invoices, ensuring effective resolution.
- Research and analyze disputes and deductions within the ERP system to identify root causes.
- Coordinate with various departments to obtain supporting documents and information required for dispute and deduction resolution.
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for process improvements and automation.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports for assigned portfolios to track and monitor outstanding dues.
- Implement effective collection strategies to reduce past due amounts and minimize outstanding balances.
- Investigate and resolve issues efficiently to expedite case resolution and avoid adverse customer impact.
- Collaborate as an effective team player to handle ad hoc requests in a timely manner.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by promptly addressing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Escalate issues or concerns to senior team members or management when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit a high level of energy and enthusiasm in the workplace.
Preferred Skills:
