Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions and system health for key merchants and the overall organization, ensuring timely identification of issues and notifying relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate and send alerts promptly during incidents or system anomalies to ensure quick response and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams as required to support issue resolution and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data trends to identify patterns, derive insights, and support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for internal monitoring and effective metric visualization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently with large datasets for analysis and decision-making.
- Possess hands-on experience with BI tools and data manipulation techniques.
- Have a strong working knowledge of SQL for data querying and management.
- Exhibit strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Be willing and able to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
