Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate submitted changes to determine their impact on data, systems, and processes. This includes documenting requirements and asking probing questions to assess complexity and identify potential solutions.
- Assist in prioritizing changes based on scope and build dashboards to track overall progress for all requests.
- Participate in Release Management meetings, communicate status updates to the CMO Quality team and IT on changes and their impacts.
- Perform operational duties for assigned Shared Services processes, including sampling, test setup, production support, and generating reports and data. Monitor processes to ensure accurate execution, and implement detective controls to assess process health.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and data validation as required.
- Assist users in troubleshooting issues related to reports, systems, processes, and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with users of Shared Services technology, tools, and data.
- Act as a liaison with technology organizations, IT leadership, software vendors, and other data providers to advocate for CMO QA technology and data warehousing requirements.
- Develop and program new business processes and perform maintenance on existing tools, platforms, databases, and tables.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes, software, or technology to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen controls or processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Operations Research, or similar fields.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and think critically.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Proficiency in SQL programming.
- Knowledge of tools such as ALTERYX, SAAS, UIPATH, and Tableau.
- Basic understanding of Python programming.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable in response to changing demands.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with JIRA and experience with Agile methodologies.
