Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and capture their requirements, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain insightful Tableau dashboards to visually present data and support decision-making processes.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and generate comprehensive reports on trends and insights, highlighting their impact on various projects.
- Utilize survey tools, preferably Verint, to gather and analyze data, and automate attendance tracking from Zoom calls.
- Participate in agile ceremonies at the squad level, contributing to project planning and prioritization.
- Stay updated on the latest best practices in data analytics and product management to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Exposure to data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
