Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data processes by accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, writing VBA code, organizing data, and designing reports for clear business performance visualization.
- Retrieve and analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems.
- Design and implement reporting solutions to help stakeholders manage business operations and make informed decisions.
- Take ownership of reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness, while resolving data discrepancies with a customer-focused approach.
- Build and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes.
- Monitor existing metrics, develop new metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Support cross-functional teams in executing the day-to-day implementation of current programs.
- Generate complex queries to explore and address process-related issues.
- Innovate and continuously improve the customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1+ years of experience with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Proven experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to derive business insights.
- Experience working with SQL or ETL processes.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools like QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI packages.
- Familiarity with statistical tools such as Minitab.
