Key Responsibilities:
- Support the pre-sales process by utilizing an understanding of business requirements to provide technical input and propose solution offerings.
- Apply technology expertise to define customer and partner requirements and constraints under direction and guidance.
- Build knowledge of intellectual property (IP) and utilize it to complete assigned project tasks, while identifying areas for improvement or gaps in the IP.
- Recognize opportunities to enhance or speed up the adoption and usage of cloud and Microsoft technologies.
- Strive to understand relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, and contribute insights into the drivers of satisfaction, dissatisfaction, and their root causes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
