Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% quality and regulatory compliance in all functional responsibilities, adhering to documented procedures.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve process effectiveness and efficiency at the site.
- Create process improvement plans using various Quality and Continuous Process Improvement tools, including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SPC, engineering studies, DOE, Gauge R&R, and more.
- Ensure process efficiency and compliance through the development and implementation of process verification and validation plans, including Master Validation Plans (site level) and Validation Master Plans (product or process-specific).
- Support continuous product and process improvement by conducting detailed failure analysis for non-conformances and developing effective, compliant solutions for product or process corrections, retrospective actions, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA Program).
- Develop risk management tools and aids in accordance with documented procedures, including PFMEA, DFMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Failure Mode Analysis, while supporting design mitigation efforts and creating process mitigation plans to address identified risks.
- Ensure process compliance by developing simple yet comprehensive procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other product and process-related documentation.
- Perform a wide range of tasks in support of product and process design as assigned by the departmental manager.
