Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business metrics and goals, such as SLA, production, and quality targets.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of daily tasks by updating trackers or workflow tools as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, or manager’s instructions to ensure output meets quality standards.
- Contribute to project improvement and operational excellence initiatives as applicable.
- Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks, following SOPs and defined SLAs.
- Proactively raise issues or concerns that may impact core deliverables or operations to the manager or stakeholders.
- Analyze data to evaluate trends and patterns, recommending generic patterns to be translated into rules.
- Be willing to work with sensitive content, including but not limited to adult content, religious and philosophically sensitive issues, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and conduct root cause analysis when required.
- Possess familiarity with online retail (e-commerce).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in speaking, writing, and reading in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
