Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through direct selling by visiting the market and driving the distribution system.
- Manage the distributor system, including both front-end and back-end infrastructure.
- Systematically analyze, extract, and utilize MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities for improving execution and performance within your designated geography.
- Negotiate with distributors and train their teams on customer management to secure more business.
- Build and leverage relationships with trade partners to strengthen market position and provide market feedback and reports to the branch office.
- Analyze ways to enhance the competitive position in the market through improved customer service.
- Systematically monitor the performance of distributors and their sales teams, and take corrective actions to address infrastructure gaps.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum requirement of a full-time graduation degree.
Preferred skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in channel sales.
- Proficiency in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
- Strong understanding of RS appointment and sales planning.
- Experience in conducting and executing promotional activities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language are preferred.
