Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate technical competency in COBOL, DB2, JCL, and VSAM; experience in CICS is an added advantage.
- Develop technical designs based on functional specifications.
- Conduct impact analysis for provided functional or technical designs.
- Create high-level and low-level designs, along with estimation.
- Perform coding, unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
- Conduct code reviews and develop test plans.
- Possess good communication skills; experience with client interactions is a plus.
- Knowledge of the banking or insurance domain is beneficial.
