Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and scale technical workflows to ensure seamless service operations by utilizing internal tools, databases, and platform expertise, with a strong emphasis on customer empathy.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools to provide actionable insights, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Create scripts and applications using JavaScript, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members across departments to facilitate understanding, address platform user needs, and ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Proactively identify potential issues and opportunities, contributing to projects aimed at mitigating risks and optimizing operations.

Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CSE, BCA, or MCA is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
