Key Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Gather and write requirements and design specifications for basic systems.
- Verify that requirements and designs comply with industry regulations and SOPs/WPDs.
- Collaborate with developers, QA testers, validation team members, and managers to create and analyze project documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in related technologies and share knowledge with team members.
- Create and maintain documentation for applications.
- Train on new technologies and tools relevant to job duties.
Job Complexity:
- Work on problems of limited scope.
- Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Job Knowledge:
- Learn to use professional concepts.
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
Supervision Received:

- Primarily contact immediate supervisor and other personnel in the department.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Years of experience refer to typical years of related experience needed to gain the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Years of experience are not to be used as the only determining factor in establishing the job class or making employment selection decisions.
Preferred skills:
- Basic understanding of the system development life cycle and requirements methodology.
- Basic understanding of requirement gathering methodologies and best practices, such as Waterfall, Agile, Spiral, JAD sessions, etc.
- Basic understanding of different requirement types, such as Business, User, Functional, and Non-Functional.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Business skills, including documentation, presentation, interpersonal, and communication.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact with relational databases at a basic level.
