Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sensitive escalated customer issues both in team environments (swarming) and through individual-driven actions (incident solving or real-time support), in cooperation with experienced support engineers.
- Resolve known errors using SAP Notes, Knowledge Base articles, info docs derived from solved customer incidents, documentation, WIKI, or by verifying customized entries or hardware parameters.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to customers.
- Reproduce customer issues, identify the root cause, and interact with the development team to provide a final solution when required.
- Work the 12 pm to 9 pm shift and perform weekend support and 24×7 support activities as needed.
- Create and maintain knowledge documents to support our customers and help colleagues prevent similar issues (WIKI content, Knowledge Base Articles, Guided Answers).
- Test internal systems to prevent future issues on customer systems.
- Support and participate in innovation projects aimed at achieving our vision and goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an Engineering discipline.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in ABAP and Fiori technical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in customer interaction and handling.
- Basic knowledge of SAP Financial/S4HANA Financial is an added advantage.
