Key Responsibilities:
- Handle issues and requests reported through various ticketing tools within agreed SLAs.
- Manage voice and non-voice tickets simultaneously.
- Provide IT support for executive leadership and Board members.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of technology hardware, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, projectors, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor wireless, network, switch, or printer issues, escalating major issues to IT infrastructure technical teams.
- Maintain working knowledge of PC/LAN application software, including Office 365 and Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari).
- Set up and configure computer systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to MDM, OS, Standard Office Suite, and browsers.
- Provide second-level support for desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, scanners, and multi-function devices.
- Troubleshoot issues related to business-specific applications.
- Perform user provisioning for various business applications (ERP).
- Support new transitions, ramp-ups/downs, business migrations, and site consolidation projects.
- Assist with infrastructure projects, including refreshes, upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
- Ensure the use of knowledge articles for all issues to promote knowledge management.
- Provide hands-on support to other IT teams for scheduled activities.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hold a BE, B Tech, or MCA degree.
- Demonstrate strong domain knowledge and technical orientation.
- Possess knowledge of operating systems (OS), mobile device management (MDM), and Office suite issues.
Preferred Skills:
- Exhibit a customer service mindset and a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Have good communication skills in English.
- Ability to deliver results within tight timelines.
