Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the critical Data Privacy & Protection (DPP) team of SAP’s Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Design, code, test, and perform quality assurance for complex product features within the DPP portfolio using the latest technologies in an innovative environment to become a full-stack cloud-native developer.
- Understand the underlying runtime of the cloud platform and be flexible in developing and building cloud applications on Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes platforms/runtimes.
- Be an integral part of a fully operational cross-functional scrum team that designs, develops, operates, and manages cloud-native applications while also managing customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Work collaboratively in an agile environment, striving towards a unified team goal.
- Take complete responsibility and ownership of tasks, demonstrating high levels of quality, agility, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate as a team player towards a single vision of delivering state-of-the-art cloud-native applications to our customers.
- Maintain a can-do attitude.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Strong understanding of cloud concepts and technologies.
- Passionate about learning new products and technologies.
- Experience in developing, debugging, and deploying software.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts.
- Proficiency in Core Java, JEE, Node JS, SpringBoot, JSON, UI5, REST/ODATA, and relational databases (HANA, MySQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, team player, and self-driven.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes (K8S), OpenAPI Specification (Swagger), JavaScript, Ajax, CAP, and Olingo.
- Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD delivery concepts.
