Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the requisition supply process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide support as needed.
- Conduct background checks on selected candidates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including drafting offer letters and managing candidate correspondence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1.5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
Preferred skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including US and India hours.
