Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 12-month traineeship to gain first-hand insights into processes, systems, and practices designed to meet customer needs through flawless execution and advanced technology application.
- Develop technical knowledge and soft skills through on-the-job learning and exposure.
- Learn and perform services and maintenance activities on industrial x-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment at customers’ sites, including X-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control, and high-end PCs.
- Understand the processes involved in administrative activities related to field service and provide timely support.
- Learn to deliver customer satisfaction by adhering to quality service standards.Monitor site safety during work scope execution.
- Be prepared to travel to customer sites at short notice, approximately 70% of the time.
- Carry out assigned duties with compliance and integrity.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation from an accredited university in India. A diploma degree is an added benefit.
- Graduated within the last 24 months.
- Achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
Preferred skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken English with effective communication skills.
- Inquisitive and eager to learn.
- Legally entitled to work in the country of application without sponsorship or time restrictions.
