Key Responsibilities:
- Build data pipelines.
- Develop dashboards and perform data analysis.
- Handle billing queue using the Salesforce tool.
- Resolve purchase order and invoice copy-related queries via Salesforce.
- Compare information between documents.
- Monitor QA synthetic jobs and alert the team on failures.
- Check and verify the correctness of cases and documents from court websites.
- Monitor emails and the ServiceNow dashboard.
- Respond to Server Sitter incidents.
- Perform health checks on servers.
- Obtain model information from developers.
- Enter data into the application.
- Perform tick and tie with print.
- Conduct manual testing on FindLaw products.
- Assist controllers in posting audit journal entries in SAP.
- Maintain the document repository.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-1 year of experience in any field.
- Proficiency in intermediate MS Office skills.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with team collaboration applications like MS Teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a particular emphasis on written communication.
