Key Responsibilities:
- Interact minimally with customers under guidance.
- Understand domain processes, sub-process functions, and terminologies (such as SOPs and QC checklists).
- Handle the first level processing of assigned transactions; refer complex problems (procedures, processes) to a supervisor or line manager.
- Adhere to quality requirements and achieve targets and volumes within the given turnaround time (TAT).
- Comply with mandatory industry regulations and requirements for the given process.
- Manage knowledge effectively, understanding various document templates and standards (such as SOPs) to interpret documents and related terminologies.
- Participate in people and team management.
- Adhere to organizational hygiene and compliance needs, including timesheet submission, assimilation, and attendance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Commerce (excluding BE/BTech/MCA, Arts, and Science graduates).
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred skills:
- Account Management with an Acquirer.
- Experience with Acquirer and Acquirer Processor.
