Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and upkeep high-quality, responsive layout web pages utilizing HTML, CSS, and technologies such as Java, Node.js, etc.
- Interpret IT requirements to develop APIs and maintain dynamic dashboards (for individuals, teams, and management), reports, and automated emailers using Python, SQL, and related tools.
- Collaborate with IT, design, and product teams to transform wireframes and mock-ups into functional web pages.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Enhance applications for optimal speed, scalability, and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve issues promptly, ensuring seamless operation of applications.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes and methodologies continually.
- Liaise closely with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications.
- Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to grasp requirements and project objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a degree in BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc, or a bachelor’s degree in fields like Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate proven experience as an HTML/Java/CSS Developer or in a similar role, with a robust portfolio showcasing web applications.
- Possess proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Java, Python, and SQL.
- Have experience working with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understand back-end development using Java frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Comprehend responsive design principles and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess practical knowledge and skills in Salesforce and SEO functions.
- Have experience using version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledgeable about database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
