Key Responsibilities for Associate:
- Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring accuracy in the information provided.
- Assist customers with questions related to products, services, and account inquiries.
- Employ active listening skills to comprehend customer needs and guarantee their satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer concerns.
- Document all customer interactions and ensure customer records are updated with precise information.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Utilize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services as per process requirements.
- Achieve both team and personal targets while performing all duties.
- Adapt to a 24*7 work environment, especially night shifts, with comfort and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Utilize Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Adobe Campaign Management to design and construct responsive digital marketing emails.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and assess performance, leveraging behavioral interest profiling to enhance new client acquisition and sales revenue.
- Test and troubleshoot email rendering issues across various email accounts and mobile platforms.
- Conduct A/B Testing to optimize email campaign effectiveness.
- Resize, edit, and upload images on live websites as required.
- Demonstrate expertise in email marketing tools (CRM) such as ExactTarget, ACM, MailChimp, Silverpop, etc.
- Showcase proficiency in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3.
- Possess good understanding of cross-email account issues and debugging techniques.
