Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business challenges and technological solutions.
- Analyze, transform, and ultimately resolve business issues utilizing technology.
- Collaborate with internal clients to identify business requirements and define solutions using best practice methodologies.
- Deliver business projects in alignment with sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture.
- Proactively develop and deploy enhanced services and platforms, overseeing all functional aspects from definition to deployment.
- Ensure the identification and documentation of operational gaps, including user guides, templates, test cases, and related user training.
- Assist in resolving service-related issues as they arise.
- Adhere to relevant development and support processes.
- Communicate and escalate any issues or delivery challenges promptly and seek assistance for resolution.
- Take ownership of project elements, demonstrating accountability and requiring minimal supervision.

- Profound expertise in specific systems, processes, and technologies necessitating analysis.

- Excellent documentation capabilities, including functional requirements, test cases, system user documentation, processes, procedures, and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Exchange, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Familiarity with systems commonly used in service organizations such as ServiceNow, Siebel, Remedy, SAP, and EMS would be advantageous.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications::
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, accompanied by demonstrated related experience.
- Consideration of project management certification as advantageous.
- Membership with IIBA is mandatory.
- PMI PBA certification is preferred.
- Possession of relevant technology certification(s) such as ITIL is required.
