Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the India Technical Support Manager, you’ll serve as a Junior On-Site Technical Support Analyst stationed at the Bengaluru office during standard work hours (Monday-Friday).
  • Your primary responsibilities include maintaining meeting rooms, providing event support, and offering technical assistance for the technologies utilized by Atlassian on a daily basis.
  • As a member of the regional Technical Support Team, you’ll collaborate with a global network, catering to Atlassian’s diverse workforce, from executives to regular employees, regardless of their location.
  • Communication skills are key as you’ll interface with various teams within Workplace Technology, such as Service Desk, Engineering, and Leadership, serving as a liaison between end-users and technical specialists.
  • You’ll engage closely with Atlassian’s core teams, spanning Product, Server, Cloud, and Mobile Engineering, Customer Support, and Executive levels, ensuring seamless operational support and addressing emerging challenges.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Exceptional customer service abilities are a must.
  • A genuine passion for assisting individuals coupled with a strong eagerness to expand knowledge.
  • Proficiency in AV troubleshooting, particularly with VC and collaboration technologies like Zoom Rooms and digital signage.
  • Previous experience in offering technical preparation and support for onsite events.
  • Competency in supporting and troubleshooting MacOS systems, both in-person and remotely.
  • Proficient in supporting various collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and GSuite.

Preferred skills: 

  • Proficient in supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Knowledgeable about Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Basic understanding of SAML integrations.
  • Experienced in collaborating with globally distributed teams.
