Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and contribute to test scenarios, scripts, and data creation, ensuring thorough test coverage. Execute tests and assist in identifying root causes of issues.
- Guide, develop, and manage standards, methods, or procedures for determining release readiness. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules and strategies aligned with project scope and delivery dates.
- Manage risks and escalations, providing timely reporting and follow-up on bug tracking.
- Maintain a commitment to excellence, continuously striving to deliver a high-quality product.
- Demonstrate a passion for innovation and implementing ideas to enhance efficiency, adhere to best practices, and improve processes.
- Support team members by offering mentorship and coaching. Serve as the primary QA contact for Digital Marketing Consultants.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in developing Functional, Integration, and End-to-End Test Strategy/approaches, as well as crafting test plans.
- Hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases to meet project requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating with various stakeholders, including Developers, Product Owners/Clients, and Business Analysts.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and tools such as Rally, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Basic understanding of databases, encompassing keys, relationships, tables, and attributes/fields.
- Experience in software testing at the API level using tools like SOAP UI, PostMan, and REST Client. Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting issues using logs and other techniques.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
- Capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Coding and scripting experience to innovate and develop automation solutions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Web Technologies like HTML and CSS would be beneficial.
- Experience as a Business Analyst alongside QA experience would be advantageous.
