Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough case reviews to ensure safe and compliant trading practices on the platform.
- Utilize filters, member reports, and account assessments to make informed decisions on individual cases.
- Identify emerging trends and provide feedback to management.
- Offer insights on filter effectiveness to LVIS and other support teams.
- Handle appeals across various channels for actions taken within assigned work categories.
- Address escalations as per leadership directives.
- Respond to appeals and manage customer inquiries via email communication.
- Initiate outbound phone calls or other forms of communication with customers during case reviews.
- Provide coaching to customers via phone or email, aiming to enhance their success on the platform.
- Educate customers on the regulatory requirements governing the company’s actions.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within designated service level agreements and actively drive process improvements.
- Proficient in collecting and analyzing data from various internal and external sources to evaluate risk.
