Key Responsibilities:
- Perform audits by conducting thorough testing and assessing the control environment in compliance with departmental and IIA standards.
- Accurately document essential information from all stages of the audit process, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting. This includes key audit status meetings, fieldwork closure, and audit exit meetings.
- Collaborate closely with audit team members and managers to assist in audit engagements and special projects.
- Manage time and workload effectively to meet deadlines established by managers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient communicator, adept in both verbal and written communication, and utilizes logical thinking.
- Proactive and cooperative team player, demonstrating accountability and openness to diverse perspectives, fostering collaboration.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new processes and methodologies.
- Experienced audit professional with a progressive background in internal control and auditing within financial services or related control function roles.
- Versatile in supporting various Internal Audit capabilities, including business, data, and IT auditing.
- Possesses strong academic qualifications, including an undergraduate degree in IT, Accounting, etc.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with various data analytics tools like Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.
- Preference for professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, ACA, etc.
