Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve level 1, 2, and 3 network issues for enterprise customers through troubleshooting.
  • Meet all defined metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing technical troubleshooting and problem resolution via phone or web support.
  • Ensure clarity of customer requirements and confirm understanding of solutions, offering additional education as necessary.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent education with a minimum of 15 years of formal education.
  • Two or more years of experience in an international contact center environment with technical or semi-technical responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment at the Capgemini office in Gurugram.
  • Proficiency in VoIP protocols such as VOIP, H323, MGCP, along with a solid understanding of CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), Voice gateways, etc.
  • Knowledge of Firewall systems, including Cisco ASA, NAT, ACL, and security protocols, as well as TCP/IP, application layer protocols, IPsec LAN-to-LAN, VPN, etc.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with virtualization technologies; experience with Cisco Nexus 7k/9k preferred.
  • Excellent CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) skills, including understanding switching concepts and related technologies.

Preferred skills:

  • Possesses excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrates courtesy and a strong orientation towards customer service.
  • Willingness to tackle challenges and exhibit a proactive approach to fulfilling work responsibilities, going the extra mile when necessary.
