Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Director if in the Associate position.
- Managing action queues in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Engaging in regular communication with the Compliance department, Operations, and external Agent Banks throughout the day to investigate issues and address inquiries via phone or email.
- Contributing to initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency, strengthening controls, and facilitating the onboarding of new business ventures.
- Demonstrating proficiency in tracking and generating necessary documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field from a university.
- A graduate degree in Mathematics or Engineering with a focus on strong analytical capabilities is preferred.
- Ideally, 0-2 years of experience within the finance industry.
- Basic banking knowledge is desired for product understanding.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly in data analysis and presentation creation.

- Demonstrates initiative and independence while also thriving in a team environment.
- Possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Exhibits a keen attention to detail in tasks and projects.

- Willingness to work on public holidays when necessary.
- Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Experience in Operations within the industry is also desirable.
