Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve level 1, 2, and 3 network issues for enterprise customers through troubleshooting.
- Meet all defined metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing technical troubleshooting and problem resolution via phone or web support.
- Ensure clarity of customer requirements and confirm understanding of solutions, offering additional education as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent education with a minimum of 15 years of formal education.
- Two or more years of experience in an international contact center environment with technical or semi-technical responsibilities.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment at the Capgemini office in Gurugram.
- Proficiency in VoIP protocols such as VOIP, H323, MGCP, along with a solid understanding of CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), Voice gateways, etc.
- Knowledge of Firewall systems, including Cisco ASA, NAT, ACL, and security protocols, as well as TCP/IP, application layer protocols, IPsec LAN-to-LAN, VPN, etc.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with virtualization technologies; experience with Cisco Nexus 7k/9k preferred.
- Excellent CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) skills, including understanding switching concepts and related technologies.

- Possesses excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Demonstrates courtesy and a strong orientation towards customer service.
- Willingness to tackle challenges and exhibit a proactive approach to fulfilling work responsibilities, going the extra mile when necessary.
