Key Responsibilities:
- Understand station/country documentation requirements and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures during job execution.
- Ensure compliance with departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to agreed delivery guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality by completing tasks accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to identify solutions, share best practices, and enhance service delivery to our business partners.
- Promptly communicate any operational challenges to the immediate supervisor and relevant business partners.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate regular communication and information flow as outlined for the respective service.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics, industrial engineering, or management. A degree in these fields will be advantageous. (For GSC MNL & BOG, undergraduate degree only)
Preferred skills:
- 0-3 years of work experience, preferably in BPO or logistics domain.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. (For BOG & CTU, proficiency in Spanish & Mandarin languages is required)
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs).
- Detail-oriented with strong logical reasoning skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of customer centricity.
