Key Responsibilities:
- Join the team at Apptio dedicated to building the next-generation partner solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our partner ecosystem and internal teams to develop and introduce joint solutions to the market.
- Understand the technical requirements of our partners and design solutions that cater to both partners and customers.
- Serve as the technical liaison between our company and partner organizations.
- Offer technical support and training to partners to facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of joint solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Provide support and ongoing maintenance for customers utilizing the Apptio SaaS solution, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Manage operational tasks for clients, including data loading, dashboard/report validation, and maintenance, among other responsibilities.
- Cultivate and uphold strong client relationships, striving for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Function as an integral part of our support team in a startup environment, going above and beyond to surpass customer expectations.
- Utilize your business and technical analysis expertise, along with your understanding of IT environments, to address complex issues and advocate for best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company to deliver optimal customer satisfaction.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in relational database concepts and their practical application.
- Basic programming skills and understanding of web development, including languages like Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience with Cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in working with large datasets in Excel, adept at swiftly identifying and resolving data-related issues.
- Proficient in creating technical designs through iterative mockups.
- Specific knowledge and application of IT services and financial management practices, encompassing budgeting, cost allocations, capital and operating expense management, program portfolio oversight, and application/infrastructure support.
- Operational familiarity with IT infrastructure domains, covering data centers, network/communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, and application development and maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and manipulation.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex spreadsheets/data and streamline underlying processes into the Apptio solution, employing formulaic logic (e.g., Excel).
- Self-driven and capable of independently mastering complex concepts with minimal assistance.
- Ability to effectively switch focus between multiple complex work streams.
- Intuitive knack for breaking down problems into fundamental components to efficiently identify root causes.
- Client-focused approach, serving as a customer advocate.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
