Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing on SharePoint & VBA tools, Data Analytics dashboards, and Enterprise applications using the Tosca Automation Tool, as appropriate.
- Take responsibility for testing client-facing solutions that impact revenue.
- Engage in Requirements gathering calls.
- Ensure testing aligns with Deloitte standards and guidelines, including copyright and visual identity adherence, as well as style guide compliance.
- Provide support for internal testing and user acceptance processes to deliver high-quality products.
- Create test cases, along with supporting test materials, documentation, and procedures as needed.
- Automate manual test cases utilizing the Tosca automation tool.
- Document, track, and manage defects discovered during testing.
- Produce detailed test execution reports using Tosca’s reporting functionalities.
- Test the developed supporting materials and any other necessary components.
- Test the developed and maintained internal project documentation.
- Assist in Continuous Improvement activities.
- Ensure adherence to and upkeep of development guidelines.
- Apply Deloitte standards (e.g., copyright, visual identity) and guidelines (e.g., style guide, checklists) to projects involving tool development.
- Contribute input to tool guidelines to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Ensure that all tools align with Deloitte standards and method guidelines.
- Develop and sustain internal documentation to facilitate compliance as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate expertise in QA Automation with TOSCA, encompassing the creation of regression test cases and the execution of automation scripts.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and the Automation cycle.
- Possess experience working with Agile software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Module Scanning, Test Case design, and Test data management.
- Proficient in creating RTBs (Recovery Test Blocks), Recovery Scenarios, and Classes.
- Exhibit proficiency in Exception Handling within Tosca.
Preferred skills:
- Possess excellent presentation skills, both in oral and written communication.
- Show enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies, along with a creative approach to technology utilization.
- Capable of effectively influencing and accomplishing challenging tasks with timeliness and tact.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
