Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and distribute packaging orders efficiently using SAP and EBD systems.
- Generate new packaging orders based on global planning and forecasting requirements.
- Create purchase orders and sales orders as needed.
- Compile workflow invoices in accordance with established procedures.
- Verify and reconcile additional costs incurred.
- Ensure the completion of goods receipt for all orders.
- Proactively engage with material suppliers to address irregular order behavior.
- Take proactive measures to prevent incorrect and missing orders.
- Analyze order and distribution data to enhance supplier order accuracy.
- Develop analytical tools and dashboards to promote operational excellence and efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics to resolve business challenges effectively.
