Key Responsibilities:
- Produce business requirements for future state design, ensuring alignment with the overall Treasury, capital markets, and commercial banking domain strategy, and assist teams in understanding these requirements.
- Build, manage, and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across various franchises and functions.
- Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring adherence to key strategic principles.
- Interact with customers, key stakeholders, and the team to gather and document functional and non-functional needs.
- Analyze existing system documentation to summarize current system functionality relevant to the project at hand.
- Support the identification of team priorities based on feedback from customers, key stakeholders, and the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing business analysis tools and techniques.
- Thorough understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies, with practical experience in Agile environments.
- Effective communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex technical concepts to peers and colleagues at the management level.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
