Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design complex systems and projects.
- Engage with enterprise architects across divisions for design and code reviews, problem resolution, and defining IT solutions for critical business challenges.
- Design and implement API, database programming, micro-services, telemetry solutions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Validate software, rectify potential defects prior to deployment into higher versions and production.
- Develop product features in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
- Generate innovative solutions to address business requirements and enhance application reliability.
- Establish coding standards and promote best practices.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to fellow developers within the team.
- Adhere to employment contract terms, company policies, and procedures, including directives related to potential transfers, re-assignments, changes in teams or work shifts, and other pertinent decisions based on evolving business circumstances.
