Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent Stakeholder Management skills, prioritizing responsiveness and commitment to quality.
- Conduct research utilizing systematic and qualitative secondary research techniques.
- Understand the requirements of the firm and regulatory risk management rules and policies.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of all assigned tasks.
- Plan and organize individual work while keeping project managers/stakeholders informed of status and activities.
- Serve as a liaison between client teams and other members of the Risk Management team.
- Conduct self-reviews of results before submission to project managers.
- Identify and flag issues or potential challenges to project managers in a timely manner to facilitate prompt action.
- Familiarize oneself with the firm’s structure, business strategies, and service lines.
- Establish a network within Risk Management and across the firm.
- Execute all assigned projects/tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Interpret complex data and convey information through effective reporting mechanisms.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a graduate degree from a reputable institute; an MBA would be advantageous.
Preferred skills:
- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and similar software.
- Capable of multitasking and dynamic in nature, adept at navigating between various processes.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and flexible work environment.
- Able to work autonomously and self-motivated.
- Apply creativity and analytical thinking in problem-solving scenarios.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in handling international customers/client interaction.
- Embrace continuous learning and open to exploring new domains to support program objectives.
- Exhibit initiative in process improvements, showcasing a knack for efficiency.
