Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Architecture:
- Collaborate closely with architects and fellow developers to contribute to frontend architecture and design decisions.
- Ensure an optimal user experience, with a particular focus on efficient data entry.
- Integrate AI into user workflows effectively.
ReactJS Development:
- Create responsive and high-performance user interfaces utilizing ReactJS.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate frontend components.
- Communicate effectively with team members to grasp requirements, provide updates, and troubleshoot issues.
Code Quality and Testing:
- Produce clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
- Perform thorough testing of developed components to guarantee reliability and quality.
Performance Optimization:
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within the frontend codebase.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Version Control and CI/CD:
- Employ version control systems (e.g., Git) for source code management.
- Engage with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate deployment processes.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and frontend development best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proven experience in developing scalable and modular user interfaces using ReactJS, with a minimum of 1 year.
Preferred skills:
- Exhibit a robust understanding of frontend technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Typescript.
- Knowledgeable about RESTful APIs and their integration with backend services.
- Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Embrace a CAN-DO attitude.
- Deep understanding of SOLID principles.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts and aligning the organization on decisions.

- Experience with Amazon cloud solutions is advantageous.
