Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the tools and frameworks of Operational Risk Management within the Bank, and contribute to their implementation in accordance with guidance from Head Office.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and reporting of risk management activities across various departments of the Bank.
  • Collaborate with different teams to facilitate and participate in scheduled business continuity assessments, tests, and drills, while also generating Management Information System (MIS) and reports.
  • Prepare presentations and minutes for Risk Management Committee meetings on a periodic basis.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely follow-up and monitoring of regulatory compliance pertaining to risk management.
  • Compile regulatory reports concerning Operational Risk and Cyber Security.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as delegated by the Head of Operational Risk, as necessary

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate Degree
  • B.Com, MBA Finance, Pursuing CFA, CA Trainee

Preferred skills:

  • Possess strong analytical, monitoring, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management is desirable.
  • Demonstrated capability in fostering outstanding individual and collective performance.
  • Exhibit a collaborative mindset, fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, while cultivating synergies within the team and across the organization.
  • Show dedication and emotional intelligence to actively listen and engage others.
  • Proficiency in utilizing MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Experience with IT/systems applications is advantageous.
