Key Responsibilities:
- Offers ongoing technical assistance to staff regarding network infrastructure, internal desktop systems software, and hardware.
- Installs, configures, and resolves issues with desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network problems in a diverse environment.
- Manages passwords, ensures data integrity, and maintains file system security within the desktop environment.
- Communicates complex technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Recommends appropriate hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
- May contribute to the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
- May conduct training programs to educate computer users within the organization on various applications, both basic and specialized.
