Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with management to assess present and future staffing requirements for critical or senior-level professional roles, identifying job specifications, potential candidates, and interview protocols.
  • Sources, evaluates, and interviews candidates from internal and external channels, ensuring adherence to recruitment protocols. Coordinates interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Conducts reference and background verifications, aids managers in assessing candidate qualifications, and selects the most suitable applicants. Extends job offers and negotiates packages in coordination with management. Works with relocation specialists when necessary.
  • Establishes applicant pipelines for critical positions, implementing recruitment sources such as internet searches, employee referrals, job fairs, and collaborations with recruitment agencies and educational institutions. Utilizes appropriate advertising platforms to attract candidates for senior roles.
  • Facilitates the onboarding process, including orientation, coordinating medical screenings/drug tests, and ensuring the timely completion of new-hire paperwork.
  • Stays informed about industry employment trends, internal compensation, benefits, and HR practices, identifying potential issues that may affect candidate availability.
  • Maintains accurate records and generates reports as needed.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Eight or more years of technical recruiting experience in an IT environment, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
  • Proficient in utilizing various recruiting techniques and familiar with employment policies and procedures.
  • Skilled in working with desktop tools, applications, and resources relevant to the role’s requirements.
  • Knowledgeable about human resources laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in managing senior and executive leadership, exhibiting strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with intermediate to advanced skills required.

Preferred skills:

  • Proficient communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities for interaction with management and employees regarding employment issues.
  • Skilled in conducting interviews to establish rapport with candidates and gather relevant information for hiring decisions.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining relationships with referral sources and the local community.
  • Sound comprehension skills to understand needs and concerns, and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding employee information.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in working both independently and as part of a team.
