Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and business environments, translating them into clear business requirements and expected outcomes in terms of realized benefits.
  • Incorporate design thinking into the analysis and design processes, focusing on identifying the business services consumers require, the desired outcomes, and addressing existing inefficiencies and risks.
  • Document and analyze current business processes related to accounts and settlement instruction processing, and define future processes aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments of proposed changes on processes, data, and systems, ensuring clear and unambiguous documentation.
  • Manage data modeling activities, encompassing both logical and physical modeling, associated with the identified processes.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements essential for IT systems to meet the documented business requirements.
  • Adhere to the Group’s standard tools and methodologies, including the GBM Transformation Lifecycle and Project Management Framework.
  • Contribute to global business transformation efforts, specifically within the Business Analysis/Business Readiness stream, aiming to deliver committed benefits within Market Operations and GBM. This role involves engagement across relevant hub and satellite sites.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

Preferred skills:

  • Possesses a background in Investment Banking and Markets, along with previous Middle Office experience in either a Business as Usual (BAU) or change capacity.
  • Works across multiple asset classes, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial products and the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
  • Exhibits a robust operational and technical understanding of the reference data needs within a global markets and securities services business.
  • Demonstrates a solid comprehension of various Middle Office functions and business control processes.
